I'd got the impression that Ironworks was only for serious body-builder types so I was pleasantly surprised to find that it really does cater for us ladies too. They operate a pay-as-you-go scheme or a membership arrangement and in either case, you are invited to attend an induction session to make sure that you know how to use the equipment properly...and this is really important as some of it is a bit scary and you could easily hurt yourself! Really friendly atmosphere and the team are keen to help with your personal fitness goals.
