March Girl Achieves Two Silver Medals

Louise Hazel of March achieved two silver medals at the UK Championships and UK World Trials recently aged just 23. Louise has also been voted runner-up for Sportswoman of the Year award by readers of Peterborough's Evening Telegraph. This weekend she will be in Birmingham competing in the high jump and shot putt.

For a start the club shall be moving into their new grounds on August 14th to the Tom Wood's Beer Fenland Stadium. The manager has extreme high hopes that the team will do well and having replaced some key players he believes that the only way is up. Wisbech Town Cricket Club Have Great Start To Season
To start this season off Wisbech Town Cricket Club beat Godmanchester on Saturday, the whole team managed a superb effort to win the game and were thrilled with their victory. Previous to this they played the all famous Marylebone Cricket Club and did well to tie in this game. Let's hope this means that the rest of the season will go according plan with more victories on the cards! -
Another Win For Wisbech, 2-1
Our Wisbech Town Fenmen go for another victory beating Leiston two goals to one. The manager decided to keep with the same team that won against Wroxham. -

Wisbech Town Has A New Manager
A former player of Wisbech Town by the name of Steve Appleby has been named as the new manager of the club. Appleby will also have Chris Dear on hand to assist him and Mark Jimson will be taking up coaching duties in the hope that the line up will mean more victories for the club.
