Traci...i can endorse your recommendation about Tesco`s....I food shop on-line with them most weeks and have always found the drivers punctual, helpful and polite....Tesco often follows up their deliveries with a phone call from customer service to see if all was ok.....Well done Tesco

Great telephone manner!
It's too easy for the big stores to rely on call centres or o***ite team members to deal with customer enqiries so I was pleasantly surprised to be able to speak directly to the store today. The call was answered promptly and when the sales assistant could only answer the general questions, she contacted the head of the relavet department immdediately and I was on hold for a matter of seconds. Even the muzak playing in the background whilst I was waiting wasn't too annoying! Tesco often gets bad press for levels of service but this was agreat example of how good it CAN be when they get it right.
