Despite my girly urge to spring into some kind of Spanish.Mexican dance every time someone says the word underlay more than once, we had a very pleasant conversation with Nigel at Carpetright today. Clearly very knowledgeable about his products, Nigel took lots of time to explain the different types and costs involved in purchasing carpet, telling us the benfits of wool (hard wearing) versus synthetic (doesn't stain), talking through the delivery and fitting opptions and finally leaving us to wander aropund at our own pace. Not a purchase you make without some consideration but when we are ready, we'll definitely be back...minus the Sombreros!
