No heavy lifting required!
A nicely laid out store with everything you could need for your pets and with welcomng staff who look after you with good old-fashioned service. A small problem with the till when the computer 'crashed' was dealt with efficiently and apologies were made for the short delay...I don't mind too much when things go wrong if it's dealt with properly! Heavy bags of food were carried to the car for me. Resident Grey Parrot Mickey tries to keep up a running commentary but he's only just learning to speak...pop in soon and see what new words he's learning!
