Fire At Terrington St. John

In the early hours of the morning a fire ripped through three cars and the front of the Post Office in Terrington St. John. It looks as though it is arson, according to Robert Coxon the police are looking for two men in a dark estate. Robert Coxon was one of the victims of the blaze when his car got completely written off by the fire. The insurance company he says will refuse to give him a hire car because "it is fire damage and not something they can fix."

Someone please tell me what is the point of fully comprehensive insurance if they won't help in situations like this?
