The Fair is Back in Wisbech

Yep, the fair is coming back into town so Chapel Road car park will be closed for parking from the 19th September to the 26th. The Fair will be opening on Wednesday 22nd September. As you may or may not know the fair includes all the classic rides and stalls, so get yourself down there if you want to have a good night out.

ReportI dont think the fair is as popular as it use to be. Its the age old thing really, alot of people have cars and are able to take the children to the coast to go on the rides and so make a day of it. So when the fair comes to town now the magic has gone for the vast majority of people. Its a shame as i use to love it and it was packed at the end of the week and you had trouble getting on the rides.Thats progress im afraid!
