  i must agree withhogangarry i am afraid ,why are immigrants not accused of racist remarks when by the look and attitude some use to locals especially some children in the schools .I have a right to say what i feel in my own country , this is a democracy after all. and i do not go to other countries so do have a right to voice my opinions !.obviously we cant be thet bad to the floods of immigrants or they wouldnt keep coming !!. also why are we supporting children in some countries because they have a parent living in our country. mazz

  Wow thanks for the genealogy history lesson....I think the vast amount of people in wisbech are not racist bigots,their comments on the migrants is purely based on the social interactions they have daily with them around wisbech and the rising crime rate in the community,that traces back to some of the more unsavoury Eastern European organised crime gangs..if you think that they are not operating in wisbech/kings lynn you need to wake up and smell the cheap cigarettes.they launder the money through gangmaster gangs and multi lets that's the reason you have homeless migrants on the street and starving they exploit their own people with fear and intimidation....t

  Seeing as the English are actually a hodge-podge of Italian, German, Scandinavian, French and many others it always strikes me as absurd to attack immigration. You're attacking your own history, and very possibly your own ancestry. It's the same situation in the States. Also this idea of migrants 'coming over here and living it large while we suffer' is absolute nonsense. Many of them are taken advantage of by employers who exploit their vulnerable situation to pay them far less than minimum wage. As for migrants from within the EU, they have the right to live and work in our country as we do in theirs. I've yet to hear anything from the anti-immigrant camp to convince me your arguments aren't based purely on xenophobia and bigotry.
