Well if you don't there are people that do, the Bramley Line Heritage Railway Trust want you to get behind the campaign to reopen this line. They had an exhibition in St. Peter's Church Rooms to show what the line used to like it, hoping to ignite the flame of desire for it to be reopened in the future.

The Trust is going to be producing a detailed plan over the coming months so that they can bring forward something substancial in favour of the railway.

Would you get behind this campaign?

maybe we could get some of the oversized lorries off our roads , i am sure shops which have branches in march and wisbech ie. tesco , lidl , boots etc . would want to help the envireoment by using this service .There are lorries that cannot take bends on some of our little roads and take up both sides to do so

I think most people would like to see a railway station back in Wisbech and I am certainly one of them BUT... a solid business case must be made to prove it is viable. The last thing we need is an albatross around our necks costing local taxpayers money in subsidies or quietly deteriorating through underuse. It may well be that such a business case is possible. I hope so! But without such evidence I'd tread very carefully indeed.

Edna you are giving away your age there !...i think getting the BLHR up and running is just a romantic notion in some very old schoolboys heads,Maybe they should go see Pete waterman he has got some ££££££ and judging by the eurovision he cannot write a tune anymore.so maybe enjoy getting it on track

It would be good having a station in Wisbech again, although im not sure whether people would use it. They have been so long without one that now they have got use to using other forms of transport. I can remember using the station and travelling to Hunstanton, how things have changed it was a busy little station in them days.
