Have you spoken directly to your councillor about it? Depending on the nature of the problem this might be a council or a police issue, but your local councillor can help you work through it. I've been successful helping people in my division resolve problems so it can be done. But these situations tend to be complex, with both sides blaming the other. And while I'm not suggesting you are right or wrong (I have no idea, I don't know the situation) its not always as easy to work out where the right of it is. Talk to your councillor and explain the situation - and they will be able to help you decide how best to proceed.

Without disclosing your address, unless you so wish, why do you not give an indication of the area in which you live? It could be that other residents are as fed up as you are and they could well join your cause. A lone voice is not as effective as many even if you follow the excellent advice given by Cllr Tierney. Your local Councillor will want to see that you are not alone in your complaint(s) as will FDC

Dear cllr Tierney, I live in Mac Cotterells area and he can't be bothered and several other cllrs are the same. According to the police everything is a civil matter but you know our police, too busy shopping in the 24 hour supermarket most days!!!!!!! Steve Bass of the council has seen what I have to endure but won't do a ything but keeps sending me forms to fill in yet he has seen it!!!!! Bill Tilley has seen the building work and the infringements but again says I have to contact the fire service etc etc. There is a new driveway that the county council had even tarmacced - bless them hey..
As I say - i HAVE COMPLAINED OF CORRUPTION TO ALAN MELTON IN DECEMBER 2010
I can hear that you are upset, Nelson460, but I don't know the background and so can't comment. I will, however, send an email to the councillors involved so that they can respond to you. I'm sorry you're having a tough time but I would ask that you don't jump to conclusions - these matters are always very tricky. My experience of Cllr. Cotterell is very good and I'm sure he has done and will do his best for you. I imagine this is a breakdown of communication and I'm sure we can resolve it.

I believe Mrs Webb , wife of cllr Webb is on the parish council and she certainly knows of the problems but still nothing is done. PC ness is slowly destroying the fens cos it seems backslapping and congratulating each other has replaced any practical activities by the local powers that like to be.
Dear Cllr Tierney,
I have not heard from any councillors yet,.
I will further add that Ian Hunt of the legal dept of FDC runs his own agenda and according to Mac is calling the shots. He relies on using ratepayers money to out litigate the local electorate. I did confirm to cllr Webb, Cox, Owen, Scrimshaw, Cotterell etc that I want to complain of corruption and not a single one has replied since then (which was december of last year). . I would suggest the breakdown of communication is due to the beligerance of Ian Hunt and his cronies so would like an apology and admission of fault from the council. I believe that is the correct behaviour I should expect isn't it? 7 years of cr*p I have had over this matter so you tell me what what you consider proper behaviour from FDC..
With all due respect Nelson460, I don't know you or your case and it's not in my division. So while I have every sympathy with anybody suffering from antisocial behaviour of any kind Im extremely hesitant to comment on heresay posted on a public board under a pseudonym. I wish you the best of luck and I'm sure you will be properly looked after by your local councillor and the officers at Fenland who are, in my experience, both hardworking and effective.

Cllr Tierney, you appear to know who I am from your earlier posting on here saying you would get cllrs to respond. I guess you have been instructed to get out of the situation.!!!
I thank you for showing concern but deplore that you then retract from doing anything but I am used to the FDC waging war on me. As I said in priors entries on here, corruption has overtaken the purpose of the council and Ian Hunt relies on crookedness to prevail. If you care to read the local papers the council is frequently rebuked for its nonsense and if you truly believe what you say re how marvelous FDC is please explain why the problems persist in my area despite employees of the council having witnessed things.
Nelson460, I haven't been "instructed" anything by anyone. I have emailed your councillor a link to this site and a note that you are complaining of an issue. I have answered honestly concerning my experience with officers at FDC who - while not perfect (who is?) - I have found to be helpful and generally excellent. I'm sorry you don't agree, but that doesn't render my own experience and opinion invalid. However, I am not your councillor and so there are three reasons why I am not getting involved. The first is that I have constituents of my own to help - this is why there are different councillors for different areas. I cannot deal with all the issues for everybody in Fenland - there are not enough hours in the day! The second is that I don't know anything about you or your issue and do not want to wade into an issue others may already have looked at / be looking at. The third is that, quite frankly, it sounds like you've already made your mind up anyway. You are hurling around some pretty graphic accusations and suggesting you have already spoken to many different people. The idea that "FDC might wage war on you" just seems a little bizarre to me. I'm sorry you feel that way and I've tried my best to help - but since I am not your councillor I must defer to the person/people who are your representatives. Best Regards.

Thankyou for your reply cllr Tierney but you will know that there is a policy of delay dilute and divert that prevails. One would have thought that one visit by Bill Tilley and one by Steve Bass would have been enough so we agree that it is rather convoluted how nothing has been done so naturally that affects everyone covered by FDC area. Corruption being a serious thing is also something I hope we agree on and trust you will try to stamp out cos as everyone knows it does occur and Ian Hunt says there are no incompetent people at FDC so ask him for an explanation.
Various cllrs say they won't put up with what I have to endure so who is pulling strings. You may protest and try to say how wonderful FDC is but as you agree nobody is perfect so I look forward to a full apology and the cessation and removal of all nuisance. due to the imperfect behaviour of the council over such a prolonged period!!!!! .
