My wife has been talking to me about one of her hobbyhorses this week....Graffiti. She is particularly worked up about Victoria Rd & more specifically Gaol Road where we used to live & drop our son off at school every day. She contends that the Graffiti is spreading rapidly there & it will bring the area down in standing. She's interested in volunteering for any organisation that paints over graffiti. personally I don't really notice it & believe she could spend her energy on far greater problems. Is she right? Is graffiti a really serious problem or just a low level irritation that will go away if you ignore it?
