Who watched The Day the Immigrants Left? What did you think about it?

Yes i watched it and it didnt do the towns people any favours. I work and have trained people from easten europe and have found them well educated pleasnt folk, there are some of course who are the opposite jusi llike us in fact. They do jobs that in the past locals didnt want to do, the staff turn over where i work was tremdous over a year, because locals work expectations were higher than standing on a food line 8 to 12 hours a day,and i dont blame them. Shouldnt immigrints be using there education and hard work building there own countries after all there goverments paid for it. The days of unskilled work is comming to an end and we are heading for an under class of people with no future of earning a decent living, i myself was not accademic and i am comming to the end of my working life. Would i have any chance to day if i was just starting out......NO

I've had no trouble finding work since moving to this area 2 years ago, although I don't have much in the way of qualifications.  I don't blame the landowners for taking on the immigrants when the reality is that Brits (not just local to this area) would rather sit and watch tv all day whilst being funded by taxpayers than have to get up in the morning and work hard for their money.
