    Absolutely. The neighbourhood is friendly so would definitely suit a retired couple as it is situated in a quiet area. Of course if you are downsizing then yes this bungalow would fit the bill without doubt.

    this is one of the best estates ive seen.The houses and bungalows are very well laid out and they are all different.Best thing we did when we moved here.
