    A handbag holding bank cards was stolen from the College of West Anglia on Ramnoth Road on July 20th. On this very day the cards were used at the Alliance and Leicester on the Market Place. The cards were used to withdraw £300 from a cash point and £95 at the desk. Another card was also used to try and buy £700 worth of jewellery from Argos but that transaction was refused.     Boxes of cigarettes worth thousands of pounds as well as scratch cards and cash were stolen from the K & T Store on Elm Road on July 29th. Police would like to know if anyone heard or saw anything. The incident in question took place between 1.30am and 2.30am.

    I have been informed criminal damage and vandalism has been caused on various scales to residents cars and homes recently, with the time scale of damage spread over some weeks. Residents should be on higher alert as it seems the vandalism could be caused even whilst the cars are parked on the driveway. Eggs, mud and even dog poo has been used to throw at homes or place on cars or outside doors. If you know anything do not be afraid...
