I've always been really delighted with the service from the lads at Kwik Fit. They take time out to explain what's wrong with the car and will patiently show me where the problem lies if I'm not sure what they mean...which is most of the time as I'm not mechanically minded! They are very flexible with appointments when I've had to cancel a couple of times, promising to try and accomodate me if possible at short notice. If I have a slight criticism, it is that the length of time quoted for a job is often too short, and I think that in reality, they want to provice a speedy service but forget about the interruptions of other customers, the phone etc. so the work sometimes takes longer than anticipated and the original timing can slip a bit. Overall, its from trying to be too helpful and this is a good trait so I'd happily recommend this business....just take their time estimates and add a little bit!
