FDC - is it crooked?

After enduring too many months of the neighbours from hell I have been tackling the FDC. They have witnessed what I put up with yet do nothing about it although yet the neighbours from hell actually seem to get help to be a nuisance. FDC's real motto should be "screw the public" it seems. I have asked a question of a councillor today that we all would like answering I think i.e who takes bribes at the council? It was met by an attempt to intimidate me by threats of the legal weight of the council. If we had a police force they would probably investigate but it will get covered up, I will get further maltreatment etc etc.
